Deposit Fee

1. Deposits are non-refundable — they're your commitment to the project and what officially holds your spot.
2. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and full payment will be required to rebook.
3. Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give me at least seven days notice so I can plan accordingly.
4. A $50 reschedule fee applies to all rescheduled appointments — with one exception. If you wake up feeling ill, are sick, or have a genuine life emergency, please don't hesitate to reach out. The fee will be waived, and I truly appreciate you not coming in under the weather.
5. Deposits are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.
6. Your deposit is tied to the specific project we've agreed upon and cannot be applied to a different one.
7. Please do your best to arrive on time! If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.
8. Your deposit remains valid for the full duration of our agreed-upon project.
9. Minor adjustments are always welcome the day of your appointment — I want you to love it!
10. Your deposit is valid for one year from the date it's placed, unless we've discussed otherwise.
11. Please note that one reschedule is allowed per deposit.
